Here are our rates. No estimate ranges that quietly double on moving day. We offer both flat-rate pricing and hourly pricing.

How the Clock Works:
The clock starts when the crew leaves our shop in Catskill and stops when they get back. That is how licensed movers bill, and it is how the crew and the truck get paid for the drive on both ends. We also have a 3-hour minimum for billing.
We tell you this now instead of on the invoice. The closer you are to Catskill, the less travel time you pay for. If you are further out, ask for a flat rate instead.

These are guidelines, not quotes. Where a job lands depends on stairs at either end, how far apart the two addresses are, and whether a garage, shed, basement, or attic is coming with you. Some jobs come in under these numbers. Some come in over.

Jacob K.
Founder, Operations ManagerJacob, a Palenville native, founded Hercules Moving Heroes in 2021. What started as a one-man operation with a van grew to a professional moving company that serves the entire Hudson Valley.
Nowadays, Jacob handles the ins and outs of our operations, making sure all of our clients have a stress-free and smooth moving experience.
On the rare occasion that Jacob gets a break from running Hercules, he can usually be found surfing on some beach in the Caribbean.
Liam M.
Co-owner, Client Relations ManagerLiam joined Hercules Moving Heroes in 2025 and handles customer intake & finances. When you call Hercules Moving Heroes, most likely you’ll speak to Liam to help plan your move.
He is from Catskill & loves helping his fellow Hudson Valley residents have seamless moving experiences, recognizing how important consistent & friendly communication is for the moving process.
Outside of work, Liam is an avid Yankees & Knicks fan.

Lead ForemanLogan has been Hercules Moving Heroes’ lead foreman since 2024 and takes pride in his commitment to protecting our client’s belongings and making sure everything moves efficiently.
