It starts when the crew leaves our shop on Stony Brook Road in Palenville and stops when they get back, so the drive at both ends is on the bill. That is how licensed movers charge. There is a three-hour minimum.
We quote all three. A not-to-exceed price means showing us what is moving first, so send a few photos. Either way the estimator gives you a number in about a minute, with stairs and distance already accounted for.

When the guys showed up (on time), they unloaded the 4 boxes in less than an hour and they efficiently helped me move my boxes into the correct spaces and reassembled my furniture in my new home. The guys were super quick, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be calling them for my next move.

A Palenville native, Jacob founded Hercules Moving Heroes in 2023, growing it from a one-man operation with a van into a company serving the Hudson Valley. He now handles day-to-day operations.
When he takes a break, you may find him surfing in the Caribbean.

Liam joined Hercules in 2025 and handles customer intake and finances. When you call, you will most likely speak to Liam to plan your move. He is from Catskill and believes consistent, friendly communication matters through the whole moving process.
Outside work, Liam is an avid Yankees and Knicks fan.

Logan has been a foreman with us since 2024. He takes pride in protecting clients' belongings and keeping every move efficient, and he sets that pace and standard for the crew he leads.
Away from moves, Logan spends time with his kids at home in Hudson.
